Greetings, adventurers and master painters! At Wizards Toy Shop, we stand behind our miniatures, paints, and accessories. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll gladly accept returns or exchanges within 15 days of delivery.
🛡️ Note on Paint Returns: Due to hygiene reasons, opened Army Painter Warpaints and other paint products cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
Return & Exchange Process
- Contact Us: Email our support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Pack Your Items: Securely package the items you’re returning with the original packaging materials if possible.

Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Timeline: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. The funds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your payment method.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the safety and quality of our products, the following cannot be returned unless defective:
