We dispatch your orders from our fortress promptly to ensure they reach your realm without delay.
- Order Processing: Our artisans need 1-2 business days to carefully prepare your order for its journey.
- Shipping Methods & Times:
- Standard Shipping (12.95): Embark via DHL or FedEx courier. Delivery is typically achieved within 10-15 business days after shipping.
- Free Shipping: For orders over $50, your caravan travels via EMS. This journey takes a bit longer, usually 15-25 business days after shipping.
Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs inspections in far-off lands. We ship globally, though some remote regions of Asia and other continents may be beyond our current trade routes.

We gladly accept returns and exchanges on most items within 15 days of delivery.
- Opened Paint Pots (e.g., Army Painter Warpaints): Due to hygiene reasons, these cannot be resold once opened.
- Opened or Assembled Miniatures: As these are altered from their original condition, they cannot be returned.
- Clearance or Discounted Items: Items marked as final sale are excluded from returns.
The Return & Exchange Process
Follow these steps to initiate your return:
- Contact Our Guild: Send a raven (email) to [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. You can use the template below.
- Await Authorization: Our support guild will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Pack Your Items: Securely package the items using the original packaging materials, if possible.

Refund Information
Once your return is received and inspected, we will initiate your refund.
- Timeline: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your payment method:
