Wizards Toy Shop specializes in:

  • Miniatures for tabletop gaming (Aberrations, Against the Giants, Archfiends, etc.)
  • Painting supplies (Army Painter Warpaints, Badger Airbrush)
  • Game sets and accessories (Battletech, Axis and Allies, Bases and Accessories)
  • Collectible items and rare finds (ALEPH, Angelfire, All Sets)

We strive to accurately represent our products through images and descriptions. However, slight variations may occur between what you see on our scrolls (website) and the actual product.

Important: Some items may have limited availability or be offered as final sale. These will be clearly marked in our marketplace.

3. Ordering and Payment Terms

When placing an order in our realm:

  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information
  • All orders are subject to product availability and our acceptance
  • We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order in our discretion
  • Prices are subject to change without notice

4. Shipping Quest

We dispatch orders from our fortress to most realms, though some remote regions of Asia and other continents may be beyond our current trade routes.

Processing Time:

Our artisans need 1-2 business days to carefully prepare your order for its journey.

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping (12.95 gold coins): Embark via DHL or FedEx courier. Delivery typically within 10-15 business days after shipping.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, your caravan travels via EMS. This journey takes 15-25 business days after shipping.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs inspections in far-off lands. Import duties or taxes may apply depending on your realm’s regulations.

5. Return Policy Scroll

Your satisfaction is our ultimate quest! We gladly accept returns and exchanges on most items within 15 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened Paint Pots (e.g., Army Painter Warpaints) – Due to hygiene reasons
  • Opened or Assembled Miniatures – As these are altered from their original condition
  • Clearance or Discounted Items marked as final sale

To initiate a return, please follow the process outlined on our Return Policy scroll (page). Returns must be in original condition with all packaging.

Refund Information:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will initiate your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

All content included in our guild hall – text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations – is the property of Wizards Toy Shop or our content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.

The trademarks and trade dress of Wizards Toy Shop may not be used without our prior written consent. All other trademarks not owned by us that appear on our site are the property of their respective owners.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of our service without express written permission from our guild masters.
